Inside, you'll find a bright, refreshed space designed to make you feel at home. - Two spacious bedrooms - 2 King bedrooms - Dedicated workspace in a separate backyard trailer (which also serves as a third sleeping space with Queen Bed) - 1.5 bathrooms - Fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire property—including the backyard and trailer RV for a great workspace. - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home - Smart TV in Living Room - Wireless sound system - Washer & dryer Backyard - Bath Tub that offers hot and cold water. It also doubles as a cold plunge with a bag of ice. - Dining table for 6 - Firepit and seating area - Chicken coop with 3 chickens that lay eggs for which you can enjoy. - RV with Queen bed. There is also a desk in the RV which is a great space for work. *Please do not use the bathroom or shower in the RV. It is not connected to the water main. It's very important to note that the house is meant to be a rustic urban farm experience. The house and accommodations are in great shape and the backyard is full of fun experiences but please understand with 3 live chickens, its not your typical hotel. The house is designed for families and friends that want to be close to the beach, live the socal style, but also bring some farm touches into the stay as well. Amenities: General Waiver & Assumption of Risk By choosing to stay at this property and use any of its amenities (including but not limited to the sauna, bicycles, surfboard, kitchen appliances, outdoor equipment, and furnishings), you acknowledge and agree to the following: ● All amenities are provided for guest use at your own risk. ● You assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any minors or guests under your care. ● The host shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, property loss, or damages that may occur during your stay or through the use of any amenities. ● You agree to use all amenities responsibly, follow posted instructions, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. ● By using the property and its amenities, you expressly waive and release any and all claims against the host arising from such use. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchases are optional. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
